This is a 1/2 bushel produce box filled with our amazing spinach, bananas, pineapple, almond milk and cinnamon, as well as a recipe to put it all together.  We have found this to be an energy booster and one we make regularly, based on the  advice of one of my fittest friends! There is enough product in the box to provide for 16 oz of smoothie per day.
