Our locally-grown hydroponic produce is grown in a closed system, using recirculating water in our NFT systems that specialize in growing our spinach, kale, herbs and other greens. Our deep water aerated boxes is another closed system thus conserving on water additionally, especially in comparison to traditional farming methods. We use no harsh pesticides or herbicides thus providing you with the cleanest produce we can produce. The down side is that you may have a critter in your box on occasion!
